Here are the many styles of photography we use through the day at your Wedding:

Reportage/documentary/photojournalism: minimally invasive photography that documents the event without disrupting the moments as they unfold.

• When used: mostly during the ceremony and as guests congratulate you – we aim to be as unobtrusive as possible. Also used throughout the day when the bridal party is having fun or when your new husband or wife whispers something in your ear.
• Result: amazing candid images that give a true representation of your wedding day as it happened.

Traditional: a more structured style where the photographer lines up the wedding party and their guests and family for traditional staged photos.

• When used: for large group shots and smaller family and friend groups etc.
• Result: these are often the images parents and grandparents cherish the most.

Contemporary: glossy, magazine type photography that is more modern in style.

• When used: throughout the day during the couple’s preparations, for location shoots and to really capture the romantic moments and love between the couple.
• Result: fun, creative and stunning shots that our couples cherish most, as they may never have seen themselves so beautifully portrayed.
