Boudoir Photography Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment

All boudoir session bookings (including both discounted and luxury sessions) require full payment at the time of booking to secure your session date and time.

Payments for all discounted and luxury boudoir sessions are non-refundable under any circumstances.


2. Cancellation & No-Shows

Due to the preparation, planning, and studio time reserved exclusively for each client:

  • No-shows on the day of the session will result in the full session fee being forfeited and is strictly non-refundable.
  • Cancellations are also non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. You may request to reschedule your session up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Rescheduling requests made within more than 48 hours’ notice will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your session will not be eligible for change and will be treated as a forfeited session with no refund.

4. Viewing & Ordering Appointment

At your viewing appointment, you will select your favourite images and place your order.

  • All orders are final at the time of purchase and must be signed off.
  • Once your order has been confirmed, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted due to change of mind.

5. Agreement

By booking a session with Helen McConnell Photography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this booking and cancellation policy.
